Steve Pimm, one of our Senior Case Managers and Expert Witnesses. As a Physiotherapist he specialises in complex acquired brain injury, spinal injury, mental health conditions and challenging behaviour, leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation programmes and providing expert care evidence in civil litigation. 

Jude Goody has a qualified Social Work background and Case Manager with 23 years’ experience supporting adults and children with complex needs, specialising in brain injury, cultural diversity, bereavement, and high‑risk case management. A BABICM Advanced Registered Practitioner, she’s known for her creative problem‑solving, seamless multi‑agency working, and compassionate, family‑centred rehabilitation.

 Emily Musendo is a qualified Social Worker and experienced Case Manager with a strong track record of supporting individuals with complex needs. She has extensive experience supporting children and adults. She combines her clinical grounding with a compassionate, person‑centred approach, delivering structured rehabilitation, coordinated care, and meaningful outcomes that promote independence, dignity, and long‑term wellbeing. With a wealth of experience surrounding the benefits systems!

 Gill Dunn is an experienced Case Manager with over 25 years’ expertise supporting adults, children and families with complex needs, including those living with life‑changing injuries.  Her background across support services, residential management and operations gives her a strong practical understanding of person‑centred care, while her calm, organised and approachable manner ensures clients feel supported throughout.
